Automate report with set parameters?

We have a need to be able to send out reports, for example the Salesperson commission report, to individual sales reps, or have the ability to run that report for just themselves as opposed to every user, whereas currently, they would have that ability to view all sales reps data. Is there some way to do this, or do we need to look into Jet Reports or another solution?
