Quick View - No Hyperlink, and seems to be editable

We have an issue, that new Quick Views, or existing Quick Views that we modify, don't show a Hyperlink to the related record.

Also you can edit the fields in the Quick View (but obviously cannot save the values).

Has anybody else this problem?

We're using Dynamics CRM Version 9.0.18.12.

I have the same question (0)

    Hello Kai,

    Thanks for contacting us.

I have checked this in a vanilla environment using 'MS Edge Chromium' , Created a new quick view as below and customized it in an account form

in the classic interface it shows as below

in the unified interface it shows as below

    And No editable fields.

My advice is to try to use the same browser and please configure it as below

Please let me know if this was helpful or still have the same issue ' if yes please provide a screenshot'.

    Hello Menna,

    our view looks like this:

    pastedimage1600348658057v1.png

Besides not showing any hyperlink the fields are also editable (while not being saved).

    The configuration looks like this:

Please note, that I cannot check the option 'Display as card on the Quick View form', it is greyed out.

Our environment is also not vanilla, it is heavily customized, and has been recently migrated to V9.

    Kind regards,

    Kai

Hello and thank you for the suggestions.

Just a quick update: We realized, that the field 'StatusCode' from the opportunities is causing this behaviour, because when we remove it from the quick view the link appears correctly.

Any thoughts why this might happen?

    Kind regards,

    Kai

    Hi Kai,

Did you find how to fix this other than removing the status code field?

    Thanks!

    Rick
