Hello everyone,

I am trying to set up cash overview Power Bi content and I am following the steps explained on the following link: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/finance/cash-bank-management/cash-overview-power-bi-content

I did some preliminary set up for point 4 (cash flow forecasting) with several main accounts.

The problem I am facing is when I try to calculate the cash flow forecast ( I am choosing method Total), that is when I receive t he following error:

Could you provide me with some assistance on the matter?

Best regards,

Teodora

    Hello TeodoraMK,

The error you are receiving is usually due to a permission issue in D365 related to the TaxUncommited table.  Please ensure the user(s) have at a minimum Read Permission to this table through the security setup in D365

    Best regards,

    Hello MIke,

    Thank you for your answer.

I have system admin role in the system, so I don't have any restrictions regarding access.

    Regards,

    Teodora

    Hello TeodoraMK,

Can you add Read access to this table for your user?  Even though you are a sys admin sometimes you do need to specifically add read access to this table for this error not to occur.

    Best regards,

    Mike D

    Hello Mike,

    Thanks for the clarification.

We created a new role, granted permissions to these tables and added the role to my user.

    Issue still remains.

    Any other suggestions?

    Regards,

    Teodora
