That is exactly i meant sorry it is a typing mistake i meant to say If sales rep sell an item and get commission, but after few days customer returns that item for what so ever reason, later on is there a way to check the report that shows the returned item with the name of the sales rep who got the commission against that item .

To find a report like this, you can go log into Customer and go to the Reports Library (linked below) which will show you custom reports for the Store Operations. In there is a report for a Detailed Sales Report with Sales Rep.
Once you download this, you can run the report and filter it to show you a specific date (if desired) and you can use the quantity is less than ( < ) 0 filter to get returns. This will seperate the returns by sales reps and let you see who had returns against them.
