Activate cloud POS issue.

hello all, 

I'm trying to activate a cloud pos on dynamics 365 F&O cloud. 

I created a register an a device and changed the Activation status to Activated, 

when I try to open the pos link i got the activation page and after pressing next i got this error 

DA1018 - The authorization token issuer is invalid. An identity provider with a matching issuer was not found in the system.

      are you using sandbox or Cloud Production Environment? 

      Just check is there are entries on  Identity Providers under Commerce Shared Parameters.

      If you are using never version you need to navigate to Retail and Commerce > Headquarters Setup > parameters >Commerce Shared Parameters .

      down below you can see its empty , its because this is Trial Tenant

      you need to do this in Same Azure AD tenant which you are currently logged in.

      Hi Amith

      I login to the environment's server and didn't find anything about this issue on the Event Viewer logs!,

      if you please can give me more info about where to find the providedIssuer !?
