How do you know it was set back to the date it was created? There is a created date field on the record but you would have to have someone making a back-end correction to assign that date to the doc date. Is it possible it was set to just some date in the past and not the exact created date?

EV, that date will only change if you change it and save the change.  As Richard said, whether the sales module was open or closed has nothing to do with it.  By the way, you can reply to your previous post without starting a new thread.

    Hope this helps,
