How in the Life Insurance setup can I enter a rate of $0.0083 per $1000?

I am integrating with Canadaian Payroll

Thank you.

Most of the time the values in the DB can store up to 5 decimal places but the interface will only let you see/enter two decimal places. What I would recommend is finding the table that stores those records and then update them with the correct rate as stated above. I've never worked with Canadian Payroll so I can't tell you what table/field need to be updated, maybe someone else can help.

I have taken this approach in other areas of GP, specifically with allocation accounts, and it has worked great for me.

    Good luck!

Thank you that is the approach I am currently attempting.

I would prefer something a little less messy.

     Regards, Rick
