error HTTP 400 request header is too long - crm 2011 report

Hi all, we have created a new report in CRM using (rdl) file and allow it to Organization. then run the report no errors .

Copy the URL to Chrome browser and set this report display on big screen to staff. browser set to refresh page itself every two minutes.

 after few hours report gives above error. Bad Request HTTP 400, Request Header too long .

but mean time if you run the report from a  different users CRM thats perfect no errors.

could you please help me to resolve the problem

    hi,

    it's seems that the request contained data in one of its HTTP headers that exceeded the allowable length limits.
