Put-away Work Automatically Closes After Quality Order is Passed

Hello Experts,

We are experiencing unexpected behavior in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (Warehouse Management) and would appreciate your guidance.

Scenario
Purchase Order is created and confirmed.
The PO is received using the Warehouse Management mobile app (License Plate Receiving by PO number).
Upon receipt, a Quality Order is automatically created through the standard Quality Management process.
The Put-away work is created with Open status, which is the expected behavior.

Issue

After we validate/pass the Quality Order, the following happens automatically:

The Put-away work is automatically completed (Closed).
The inventory is automatically moved from the Quality location to the final storage location.

An infolog message appears stating:

"Work WRKxxxxxxx has been completed successfully."

Expected Behavior

Based on our understanding of the standard process, after the Quality Order is passed:

The inventory should be released from quality blocking.
The Put-away work should remain Open.
The warehouse operator should execute the Put work using the Warehouse Management mobile app.
Only then should the work status change to Closed.

Questions
Is there any standard D365 functionality that automatically completes Put-away work when a Quality Order is passed?
Are there any configuration settings (Quality Associations, Work Templates, Location Directives, etc.) that can cause this behavior?
