anyone help me ...
My payment receipt print out in coming without LOGO and address how can fix this issue
please note that other docs like Invoice etc coming fine

Do you use a special 3rd party product for creating your reports or do you use the standard SSRS reports that MS provides?
If you make use of a 3rd party product then I would expect that your logo and layout needs to be designed first.
In case you use pure MS standard the logo should be there unless there is a bug.
If you see the same result in a different demo or test environment then you can contact the MS support and report that issue.
Yet, I am not sure if this will help you quickly to get the issue resolved because the provision of new fixes usually takes a while.

i understand but the problem is all others logo and address is coming perfectly fine only in this it is not coming

Well, if the standard receipt report in AX does not contain that information and does not look as you expect then you need a developer to make it looks nice and pretty.
I would actually expect that the company logo that you setup in your legal entity in the OrgAdmin module would default as well as the address but even if this would be ok, the design is probably not in line with your corporate identity necessitating some code / design adjustments.

its related to retail we are not using POS

Why do you need a printout of this receipt?
What are you doing with this printout once it is generated?
