I have shipments which are still showing In Packing status despite the Sales Order being invoiced. The order was picked, packed, and ship confirmed and all the work is closed. Does anyone have an idea how I can change this and clear the work?

Hi,
It would be hard to help you without knowing all values in related tables and if you have customizations or add ons. Probably you can better find an expert on-site able to do a good analysis before changing data and possible corrupt more in your environment.
