SL 2011 - Web Apps - Project Analyst - Permissions

Hey Everyone,


Hopefully an easy question.  We want to roll out Web Apps to some of our folks but want to limit what they see.  It looks like only a PM will see projects in Project Analyst.  We would like a Business Manager to also see all the projects under their name.  Is there a certain way to do this without making them Project Exec?
