need help i want to update the RMS to a higher version. but i do not have a PartnerSource/CustomerSource, i need a link to were i can download the update version or can someone tell me how to access it using CustomerSource

You partner should be able to set you up with a customer source account as long as your maintenance is current with Microsoft. Keep in mind only those folks who are current on maintenance will be allowed to transition to Retail Management Hero so now is the time to get current! If you need a new partner, I'd be happy to discuss further.
