Teams calls "Get Conversation Intelligence"

Hello, could anyone might know if it is normal that the conversationnal intelligence on Teams call is taking many days to get installed or ready?

It is the 3rd day that it is stuck on this view. Do I have something else to check, activate or enable for this to be ready?

Hello and thank you very much for the information. In fact everything seems good with all the steps. I had to contact the Microsoft support and I am in contact with a support engineer.
