    Hi,

maybe you can try with Microsoft Flow, and create flow when new record (Account) is created in CRM to create new record (Customer) in Business Central.

    Br,

    Renato.

Why wouldn't you setup the integration?

I am aware about the use of MS Flows, but both the Accounts in CRM and Customers in Business Central include some custom fields. So is it possible to include those fields in MS Flows. I am new to the use of MS Flows so if there are certain examples or documents regarding how to deal with those custom fields from CRM and Business Central it will be very helpful. Thanks in Advance.

Yes Mary, I did setup native integration(Out-of-the-box) for CRM to BC. The issues I am facing is with the custom fields that I have added in CRM and BC. I have referred this document which indicates the integration process for custome entities " docs.microsoft.com/.../customizing-dynamics-crm-and-dynamics-nav-integration" but it is for navision where we are able to import .fob objects. Similarly for BC I tried to use extensions to add the custom fields into CRM Account table, but it does not allow me extend the tables which have table type= CRM. So I am not able to add the new field I created in Accounts in CRM to its corresponding table in BC that is CRM Accounts. How do I solve this?
