    Hi Pravasti,

    1. Please try to check the given URL is returning perfect value using SOAP UI application. If it returns the values expected proceed with 2.

    2. Enable hot swapping and deploy, This is assuming that you didnt deploy the dll.

    docs.microsoft.com/.../hot-swapping-of-net-assemblies-in-the-aos

    3. After successfull deployment you can cantinue the consumption of service.

If you failed any of the previous one then try to fix in that level itself.

Hope this will helps your question.

Basically no IIS and no AIF in my concept.I am directly consuming service from vs and added it as a reference.I am using https URL.

    RE: Tcp error code

if there is no port specified in the Service URL, if you are using HTTPS it will be 443, and if you are using HTTP it's 80. Basically, if you have nothing changed in your environment just check with the party who exposed the Service URL. also you can use Postman to check your service.

refer : www.guru99.com/postman-tutorial.html  or Use Fiddler https://www.telerik.com/fiddler  if you are familier with it.

    RE: Tcp error code

Basically this Error TCP error 10060 frequently occurs due to the following reasons

    1. DNS issues - DNS Resolving issues

2.A port being blocked - Port Blocked from Gateway /Firewall or PC .

the easy way out the first check whether any ports closed from your end or the other end who hosted service using the port scanner tool.  another way is to use web debuggers like Telerik Fiddler, which has a lot of information and very useful when troubleshooting /diagnostics.

    Thanks,

    Amith Prasanna
