We have a user that ended up with duplicate accounts. When I tried to change the User Name to a non-existing AD, it seems to validate and it throws an exception. The user gets a 404 error message when trying to log into the system and current cannot access it. We tried disabling the account and did not work. I suspect that Dynamics still looks at the disabled list and sees the other record there. Any thoughts on how to permanently deleting this user's duplicate record?
