upgrade dynamics 2010 sp1 to sp3

have dynamics 2010 sp1 installed. how do i upgrade to sp3?   very basic question but microsoft doesn't make it easy to find answers.

    If you using payroll you will want to donwload the lastest service pack. If not simply download SP3 11.00.2044 from Customersource. You apply the upgrade first on the server by launching GP Utilities and then you proceed to upgrade the workstations.
