For Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online, you can open a case indicated that it is to continue the last case (add the number) at admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support
For Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement OnPremise, you should contact the support line that you normally use.
Remember that you can always write to the last support engineer who helped you with your case and request reopening.
