Something went wrong error when changing companies

Occasionally when changing between companies we get a /Something went wrong/ error.

The only way to fix it is to close the browser and then sign back in via SSO.

I believe it's something to do with cookies, as when I was in Chrome debug mode, I cleared all the cookies for just the business central site and it worked without closing the browser.

We are using version 14.

I think it's something to do with the tokens,  as per this post.

We use Azure Single Sign on, and I guess switching companies is effectively signing back into Business Central again. So if the token expires after an hour, and users then switch companies there authenticating with an expired security token.
