Hello all,
One of our client systems has an issue printing the exact format of a sales invoice form, from MDGP 2010.
The boarder lines on the design form are absent (on this particular client system) when this document is printed. The fact is, no lines whatsoever appear on the document whereas these same lines are present when the same document is printed from other client systems.
The appearance of the invoice form looks bare without these lines,though the transactions are captured properly.
The other systems have no issues as regards this situation.
I have double checked the printer properties on the client system and there are no issues with it.
Kindly assist me with any help on this issue please.

Thank you for using Microsoft Online Communities. I understand that you have a client who is seeing a different report print when they are printing Sales Invoices without the lines. I would like to verify some further information with you.
What format are they using when they are printing these invoices? If you go into the Sales Fulfillment Order/Invoice Setup window choose your id that you use. To the right of the next number there is a Format option.
The options are Blank paper, Short Form, Long Form, and Other Form. Which option are they using?
If this is the same for both companies then I would like to verify if we are using a modified version of the report. It is possible that these lines have been removed from the report and they are using the modified version of the report.
The last item I would like to check is if we are using a modified version of the report do it print correctly for one user and not the other at a particular client where the report is printing correctly?

Check in the Dynamics.set file that both clients are pointing at the same report.dic file
