Then you probably need to contact about this with Microsoft Support team
Creating a new one doesnt help.
This problem with many dashboards
If your other dashboards are working fine, maybe it will be faster to create a new one.
Its doesnt help.
Once the same thing happened to me. So I edited dashboard (just moved blocks) and publish it again. It helped for my case.
Did you check it in Edit mode...can you share screenshot of your design view...
