Dynamics App for Outlook says control is deprecated

We are migrating from an on-prem 8.2 to online 9.2. We are using the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook since our users like the convenience of the "in Outlook" experience.

When looking at a tracked e-mail in the "Notes and Activities" section of the contact it displays fine:

if I click on the "Open Record" icon from the menu I get a message saying that the control is deprecated:

Clicking on "Open in Dynamics 365" gives the same message.

How can I get an updated version of this app? Or is there something I need to do in Outlook or on the client machines?

    After I republished the app it started working.

    Thanks.

    I went and looked at all of the e-mail forms and they are already set to use the Rich Text Editor Control for the email body. I'm missing something somewhere.

    Hi partner,

    This may not be a problem with the application version, according to the system prompt you should switch the control to "Rich Text Editor Control".

    Please follow the steps below:

    1.power apps->settings->advanced settings->settings->customization->customize the system

    2.Select the corresponding entity->Forms->Select the corresponding form->Double-click the corresponding field

    3.controls->add controls-> "Rich Text Editor Control"
