Hi All,
We are planning to install Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015, we currently have Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 installed.
Will there be any impact if we install Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 on the same domain as Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.

There should not be any impact of installing CRM 2015 in the same domain which has already got CRM 2011 running as long as you are installing 2015 on separate servers and using a different SQL Server / different instance because one SQL Server instance can host only one config (MSCRM_Config) database.
Your CRM 2011 installation might be using an organizational unit in Active Directory to keep different groups so I would suggest creating a new organizational unit for CRM 2015 and use it when you install / configure 2015 otherwise it might be difficult to distinguish between the groups because their names will be same.
