Access to vendor table denied

Hi, 

Some of our employees cannot access vendor table (they cannot approve new vendors) although they have a same roles (privilege or duties) as our other employees. I created them again in AX but it didn't help.

    Check that the roles and priveledges also exist in the same companies. I assume they do. You could try to give one of them Administrator priveledges, confirm that he/she is able to perform the action then (If not, it must be a problem with security not being updated, can try to log out, back in again (Out of Windows), maybe even restart the AOS should it still not work). If it does work, then the only explanation is that you are missing a small difference in priveledges. Start by removing them one group at a time, until it stops working. This is not a fun task :) but I cannot think of an easier way to hone in on the problem, and can imagine you have already tried everything else. Good luck

    Make sure you check the assigned organizations (legal entities ) if you are restricting at entity level and also try resetting the usage data.
