WorldPay Card Reader Setup with RMS

We use RMS as our POS. We just recently purchased new credit card readers from WorldPay. We can't seem to complete the install for the gift card portion as the install is requesting a StoreCardID and a StoreCardPassword. Neither of which we have or know how to create. When WorldPay sends over their instructions for developers and installers, this information is missing. When we call WorldPay, they just resend us the sheet for installers without the info that we need. It's been a crazy back and forth. Does ANYONE know how to create/generate/locate this information so we can get the readers properly set up? Thanks!

Try contacting New West Technologies. They have software that will work with Worldpay and RMS. We use them with some of our customers.

Did you get this resolved - we have worked a lot with WorldPay and RMS (and the files needed to configure the payment terminals). Unfortunately, Microsoft RMS went end of life back in July 2021.
