We use RMS as our POS. We just recently purchased new credit card readers from WorldPay. We can't seem to complete the install for the gift card portion as the install is requesting a StoreCardID and a StoreCardPassword. Neither of which we have or know how to create. When WorldPay sends over their instructions for developers and installers, this information is missing. When we call WorldPay, they just resend us the sheet for installers without the info that we need. It's been a crazy back and forth. Does ANYONE know how to create/generate/locate this information so we can get the readers properly set up? Thanks!
