send email with sensitivity labels

I have a customer that sends emails from Dynamics 365 CS.   They want sensitivity labels automatically added like it in outlook but they do not want to add them via Exchange server or outlook client (Apply sensitivity labels to your files and email - Microsoft Support ).  They want it done in D365 CS.   
 
Anyone solve for this type of each in the past?

    Hi, I know its been nearly 2 years since your post, but this answer will help anyone that finds this post.
     
    There was no out-of-the-box way to do this until only recently, when Microsoft released a feature built into D365 CS that allows setting sensitivity labels directly for outbound emails from D365.     This is still in public preview as of April 22, 2026 (it was made available since Feb 27, 2026) and is scheduled to be generally available starting May 2026.
