Confirm sales quotation

I sent sales quotation to customer then he send several changes to the original quotation . for each change i sent sent quotation . Each quotation includes modifications to the original finally he accept the second quotation that sent . when i confirm the quotation the fifth quotation that select so
I need to confirm the second quotation from quotation journal

    Hi Ahmed,

    In that case you need to update the quotation to the state is was on the second version manually. There is no feature to bring older versions back.

    Probably if you give a customer some option to choose from, you can create new quotations for each version. Then you don't have this issue when confirming, but then you need to take care of cleanup obsolete quotations.

    As André mentioned, this is not doable using standard AX. You have two options

    1. As specified by André in his previously reply

    2. Customization

      In case if you want to proceed with customization you can do this in class named as SalesQuotationEditLinesForm_Sales_Confir

      In methods createSalesTable and createSalesLines of this class you can handle logic, how quotation is confirmed and what data should go from SQ to SO.
