Customizing an order form

I'm looking to be able to customize an order form. Basically, my sales team do not want to be able to see some of the fields on the order forms and need additional areas added, for when they send the form to a client. Is there a way to do this? the form is generated via the 'Export to PDF' link within the tool bar near the top as in the screen attached.

Hi Garybr2021,

Yes, you need to upload your word template to achieve this. Please follow the steps:

1. Download the word template

2. Customize your word template

Create Microsoft Word Templates in Dynamics 365 (tecman.co.uk)

3.Upload your word template

4. Click the Export to PDF button and choose the new word template. Then click the Download button is ok:

Many thanks for this Steve. I've now created a new template and in the process of adding the correct fields.
