NavHttpClient Request Failed on BC OnPrem (Docker)

Hello

BC20 on docker environment

Some time ago, I have developped an app getting blob files from Azure Storage on BC18 and I'm trying to test it on BC20

When coming to the client.get code with parameter : 
https://azurename.blob.core.windows.net/containername?prefix=foldername/&restype=container&comp=list&azuresastoken
I get the following response : 
HttpStatusCode:0
ReasonPhrase:NavHttpClient Request Failed
IsSuccessStatusCode:False
IsBlockedByEnvironment:False
As if the request cannot reach the url
When sending the same request with postman or restapi (vsc extension) I get the response without any problem
My app is configured to "Allow HttpClient Requests"
What could be other reasons that the request does not reach the URL ?

    I have seen the similar issue you refered to, but it did not help

    In postman the request works even if I remove the hidden headers
