Payment reminder list generated from the system..

How can I set up my system when i need to send reminders to our customer via email that they still owe us for some invoice and the list is in the email...

So i just want to do it that i just have to press a few buttons to send reminders to all and it is generated as a email... How to set this up?

Hi,

You may integrate this functionality in the Customer List page as button and need to do minor customization to send out the email.

Please check below how to setup Reminder and once you setup the reminder you need to do customization to send this reminders to the customer, there is not standard functionality to send email the reminders.

This is not a default functionality available. However with a small modification you will be able to fulfill the requirement.

If you want to see a sample on how to send an email from the Dynamics NAV, please refer sales invoice page where you can sent invoice to client ("E-Mail as Attachment")
