When modifying word templates, are users allowed to be logged into GP? Or does everyone have to log out before i can make any changes to either Report Writer or Word Templates?
Any information is greatly appreciated.

Hello Clayton, While modifying word template while other users are working it should not affect them unless they are printing same report. As soon as you import new word template report it will avaialble for all users.
Standard GP report - It is better to work when all users log out otherwise there is chances that reprot.dic file may get corrrupt.
