    Hi Kishor,

May I know what was the root cause on this issue. We also encountered it. I also noticed that inbound ports such as BIservices and others were stopped. Do you have an idea what was the cause?

    Thanks and Regards,

    Mark

    Hi Mark,

The Issue was, the user does not have the Priv and Reporting rights in the server so the issue. So when I give those above privileages and made an IIS Reset in the server the issue got solved.

It was the reason for my case.

    Hi,

Would you please clarify what you meant by  "the Priv and Reporting rights in the server ", what exactly have you changed and which server? I am having the same issue.
