From Version 20 to BC20.3 there was an update (add in red)on the local procedure CreateOutstandingBankTransactions.

We are trying to figure out why this was added. Our statement on BC20.0 was correct, but now if we run for the 31st of July the difference and outstanding Bank Transactions is incorrect. Changing the statement date to Todays date or the last day in August gave us the right values.

Hello,

As far as I can see this was done for CU1 for BC20 as a bugfix. Description: Bank Rec: test Report - Print Outstanding Details - includes too many entries - missing cut-off date: the Test reports outstanding section do not cut off BLE per statement ending date.
