How to Update Reply-to Address

Is there a way to manually enter or edit a reply-to email address on a marketing email? I am having an issue when I do a Save As on a previous email to create a new message. Dynamics is pulling the reply-to address from the original email instead of using the send-from address in the new email for replies. There used to be a separate field to enter the reply-to address, but that is no longer an option. I thought that the new designer was just using the Email From field for replies as well, but that does not appear to be the case when copying a previous email. I also ran into this problem when I did a Save As on an email template to create a template for a new sales rep. All the replies are going to the original sales rep whose template I copied. How can I change this so that it doesn't happen again going forward? Or will this always be an issue when using Save As to make new messages?

    Hi,

The manual setting of the Reply-to Address for outbound and real-time email is as follows.

I'm not sure Dengliang Li response is correct as in RTM the Reply to email field is greyed out within the email editor.

You'd actually need to create a new Brand Profile (under Settings) and set the appropriate From Address/Reply-to address. You can then select that from the email editor.
