Dynamic 365 Online CRM Plugin Registration tool crash on connect to Organization.

HI Experts,

I try to connect Dynamic 365 online CRM plugin tool version (8.2.1) in windows 10 machine, login successfully and  retrieve organization. After I select any of the organization, the screen stay empty and the tool get crash back to login screen. Doesn't display any error logs.

When I've try to connect same tool other windows 10 machine organization connect successfully.

Is any problem in my machine ?

Any idea or suggestion will highly appreciated.

    Hi,

    I've not seen this specifc problem but there shouldn't be any issue with Windows 10.

    Perhaps re-download the SDK and the plugin regration tool - also delete all the files found at C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\PluginRegistration

    It's certainly a problem with your machine (in the sense that pluginregistration tool does work on Windows 10 in general), though I have no idea what the problem is.

    Not sure if it does any logging.. but do you see anything in the windows event log when the tool crashes?

    Hi Scott and Alex,

    I've try to Re-download SDK and delete AppData... files But still facing same issues.  Nothing display in event logs when tool crash.

    If you find any solution can you please post here.

    Finally Uninstalled and Installed windows 10 in my machine , issues resolved. :)
