How to investigate power automate flows on specific records

Posted on by 390

Hi,

so when using legacy workflows we can find the run history in System Jobs and be able to investigate on records if a workflow had run on that record and what did it do! How can we achieve the same in Power Automate. Yes I know we have the Run History but that in my point of view is for immediate search only while development or deploy to verify the flow running correct.

But what if we have like a Lead record that has gotten strange results and want to investigate that flow that run for a week ago and updated that record?

Is there something im missing or is this not possible right now.

best regards

Martin

I think I found a way and that is to actually to export the run history to a CSV file and then you have to option to search for a specific record id and in that way you are able to trouble shoot a specific flow for that record. Its not the most neat way hopefully there would be something similar like system jobs.. :D
