I am having an issue with Adobe on our server and it is impacting printing options within Great Plains.

Help!,

 I use to have a Adobe or a PDF file format option for my report file in GP. I am having an issue with Adobe on our server and it is impacting printing options within Great Plains. I was getting messages stating that I needed to activate adobe so I took it off the server. Now I cannot create a report as a pdf?

How do  I get these options back?

    Hi Deborah,

    I install CutePDF for my users. It mirrors the adobe virtual print driver and works well. Best of all it is free.
