The Invoice and Adjustment Maintenance screen (BI.BAM.00) in Flexible Billings isn't calculating tax the first time if you manually create a draft and add a line to it. It gives the message and asks if you want to calculate the tax but doesn't actually calculate the tax. If you then change the line it will ask again and this time it will calculate the tax.
I did these steps:
- Created a new draft
- Entered one line
- Entered the ending date
- Clicked Save
- When it asked if I wanted to calculate tax I clicked Yes
- The message said update successful but there is no tax showing on the Tax tab
Then I did this:
- Changed the amount
- Clicked Save
- When it asked if I wanted to calculate tax I clicked Yes
- The message said update successful but now there is a correct "Automatically Calculated Tax" line showing on the Tax tab
This happens both in standard mode and when the screen is customized.
Has anyone else encountered this?
Has anyone found a fix? Maybe there is a way to call the tax calculation a second time for new drafts?
