Microsoft Flow: Approval Process

Hi All,

Just want to seek suggestion on how we can achieve this approval process. We are using Microsoft Flow for the Approval Process.

Currently, we are using "Send an Email with Option" to send the approval emails as recipients are outside the organization (e.g. yahoo, gmail, etc.). This contains two buttons: Approve and Reject. Is there a way we could sync the approval emails to Dynamics CRM and associate a record as its regarding? We are aware that this is not possible, but would like to know if you can provide suggestion on how we could achieve this.
