Hello,
I have two open topics which I think all have one common root-cause: I might be using the wrong kind of mailbox.
Now I have an Exchange Account named andreas.lastname@company.com which is also my User-Login and which I am also using in outlook as my default email profile.
In CRM this email is confirgured as an individual mailbox, not as a forward mailbox. CRM says me sending an receiving works, but it cannot synchronize tasks, cnotacts etc (if I put it on "Microsoft for CRM" setting - if I say "Server Side Synchronization" it tells me it doesnt know where to store this data and deactivates the mailbox).
Now in my constallation, do I need a forward mailbox or not? The MSDN entry (msdn.microsoft.com/.../dd979451.aspx) doesn't really enlighten me, nor does the implementation guide, no matter how often I read it.
Thanks for your help!
Andreas
