When the purchase requisition in the interview stage of workflow getting error as Date invalid. Below is the screenshot for your reference.

Could you able to fix the issue yet ? If yes could you help to share how to fix, since we 've got the same error . After fully approve purchase requisition, we could not convert to PO as we receive error message " Date invalid"

The pop-up window that you shared in your screenprint does not look like a standard infolog / message box.
Do you know if this problem can be the result of a customization that has been made?

We need to understand whether there are any customizations according to your requirement or it is from Standard.
Looking at the above error, it could be that Date has been already expired, may be it needs to be exceeded. Please share the complete scenario for further investigation.
Can you provide information how you setup the workflow and what reproduction steps to do for getting this error?
