Get Skype error when clicking on links within CRM

One of my users are getting a skype error when they click on links within CRM.

They get the error below, does someone know how I can disable this or clear it up so they don't see this error.

Thank you for your response.

There has been no Java script created by the IT department as there are only two of us that have admin access to create and publish scripts and we have not done that.

This error happens to one user when he clicks on a contact link. So when he does a search for a contact and the contact list comes up and he clicks on the contact he wants to go into it gets this error.

This does not happen when he is in leads and clicks on a lead.

This is just happening to 1 user, so he did something inadvertently in his environment to cause this to happen.

The fact that the "Web resource name" is "new_BlockSkypClickToCall" the new says that was created for just him. Where is that web resource name stored?

Anyway, let me know if you need any additional information.

Hi,

We analyzed the information you provided and came to the following conclusions.

1. Only you and one other administrator in the organization have permission to create js scripts and neither of you have done so, which means that the script is provided out-of-the-box by the system. Is this correct?

2. Only one user is experiencing this issue, which means there may be a problem with the settings for that user.

3. You can go to the /Power App/ backend administration, click on /Solution/ and search for the /Web Resource/ script.

So to confirm your questions.

This is only happening to one user.

We have not created any javascript from the IT side.

I agree with you it must be something he did in his settings causing the error.

Below is the search we did on his machine for the webresource (new_BlockSkypClickToCall) and it did not show up.

Also when I log in as this user on my computer I do get the same error as he does.

When I am logged in as my on my computer I do not get that error.

I appreciate your help. Anything you want me to try I will happily do.

There may be many solutions for environment, and you need to check if the other solutions contain this web resource.

You can either follow the steps mentioned in the last reply to check each solution or use the /Web Resource Manager/ plugin Please refer to the following link.
