Registration window is not showing as i click on Registration in update line

Dear Experts,

I want to register an item, but when I go to PO lines and check on one line and try to register to click on the register button but the window for registration is not appearing. For example, to clear this, I have shown two 2 windows one from LIVE and one from TEST(On live anything is ok) I want the same window as shown in the above live environment image in the test.

    I only can see two screenshots from your live environment where everything was OK. Can you also share the screenshot from the TEST environment?

    Thanks for your reply, that's I am talking as I click on registration button the registration window is not showing as I show the live window that is ok.

    Hi Shabir,

    I'm not able to see if there might be something missing or what is the issue here. Is the button not visible? Is the form not showing up? What is the current status of the line? Did you already register a certain quantity? Please provide some more information.

    Hi Shabir,

    If it is not showing up, try to compile the solution (X++ and CIL) then restart the AOS service. Not sure if it will help, but you can give it a try.

    Hi Shabir Ahmad,

    Can you check whether the default purchase unit and inventory unit for this item is same or different ?

    If this is different, then you need to check whether inter-unit or intra-unit relation is set between those units or not. For example; Purchase unit is PCS and Inventory unit is BOX.

    If so, then you have to further check which unit user has selected at the time of processing purchase order with this item.

    I faced a similar issue long time back in a client where default purchase unit and inventory unit was different in released products form for this item and there was no unit relation set due to which 'Registration' form was not working.
