I am facing a problem while using the packing station.
Here is the scenario:
A sales order is released to the warehouse. A work is generated for each reference in order to take the reference from its picking location to put it in a packing area.
A worker A (VDO in that example) picks the itemss and then puts them in the packing area.
At this time, the picking work is closed and a packing work is automatically generated (thanks to the following packing station setup.)
We can notice that the generated work already contains the USER ID which corresponds to the worker who carried out the picking work. (VDO).
When another worker performs the packing work and then closes the container, the packing work is closed but the user ID does not change.
It is therefore impossible for me to know who carried out the packing work.
Do you have any idea how to make the system display the correct user ID in the packing job?
