One of our user is unable to perform Open transaction settlements. He gets aforesaid error. On settlement form we have done some customization, when user opens the settlement form, if he clicks on a checkbox(custom built), which will filter only those records which have payment type as : COD. so there are about 30,000 records and when user does not have system admin role he gets the aforesaid error, but for system admin it works fine. Is it because of volume of data??.
Just note that when user clicks on this new checkbox, it not only filters transactions of payments type : COD for the selected customer on journal line, but it considers all customers, who have open customer transactions and eligible to settle, with payment type as COD. Yes its bit unusual, but our end-user wants this functionality. it works well when logged in as system administrator, but when user logs in with his role it throws error. I have checked in security user has full access to CustTransOpen table in his role, and also related tables he has full control. We have deleted his cache and tried no t much help. i have attached picture for reference. \
