Cannot select a record in open customer transactions (CustTransOpen). Date: SQL database issued an error

Hi

One of our user is unable to perform Open transaction settlements. He gets aforesaid error. On settlement form we have done some customization, when user opens the settlement form, if  he clicks on a checkbox(custom built), which will filter only those records which have payment type as : COD.  so there are about 30,000 records and when user does not have system admin role he gets the aforesaid error, but for system admin it works fine. Is it because of volume of data??.

Just note that when user clicks on this new checkbox, it not only filters transactions of payments type : COD for the selected customer on journal line, but it considers all customers, who have open customer transactions and eligible to settle, with payment type as COD. Yes its bit unusual, but our end-user wants this functionality. it works well when logged in as system administrator, but when user logs in with his role it throws error. I have checked in security user has full access to CustTransOpen table in his role, and also related tables he has full control. We have deleted his cache and tried no t much help.  i have attached picture for reference. \5700.Capture.PNG

    Hi Pradeep, tags are used to categorize your question, but your tag "Cannot select a record in open customer transactions (CustTransOpen). Date: SQL database issued an error AX2012 R3" doesn't seem to fulfil this purpose. Let me change it for you.

    You said it works for an administrator, but what about other non-admin users? I think that knowing whether it's related to this particular user or not is important.

    I see the error is related to Russian localization. Do you intentionally use this localization?

    thanks martin for adding tags. well one of the developer assigned himself end user roles, he got the same  error. well not sure anything to do with russia. that particular, erorr was not appearing earlier but we tried to add some new index on tables involved in the query and after that we got this russian thing added to original error list.

    As mentioned in my original post user role has fullcontrol on all tables used in the query. i guess its bcoz  of volume of data.

    You don't agree that BankCurfrencyTransferLog_RU is a table for Russian localization?

    According to your picture, the error is "Cannot select a record in Order for currency sale/purchase/transfer (BankCurfrencyTransferLog_RU). Document date: . Error accessing database connection". (Now I've also made it searchable. :-))
