Custom Dashboard not display in outlook app in Dynamics CRM v9

Hi,

I have Configure outlook in my Dynamics CRM V 9.0 but its show me basic details only.

I have added my dashboard in App for Outlook but its not display in outlook Dynamics 365 Preview. as show in below screenshot.

can any one help me out.

    Hi

    1- Open App for Outlook sitemap designer. Go to Settings > Customizations > Customize the system > Apps > App for Outlook.

    2- Add desired dashboards to the app and in the App designer switch the default dashboard

    IMPORTANT -

    Switching the default dashboard for App for Outlook in App designer  and dashboard customization are not supported currently

    System customizers have access to the App Designer for Dynamics 365 App for Outlook as it is one of the App Modules in version 9.0. We recommend that you do not change the default App for Outlook dashboard as that is not supported. this will cause you to lose the tracking and set regarding option on Dynamics 365 App for Outlook.

    Hassan,

    How do you reverse this? I edited the App for Outlook dashboard and the tracking options disappeared. Now that I have removed the customizations I made, there is still no clear way to restore the original functions. How to do so?

    App for Outlook dashboard is a OOB dashboard should not be customized. you should switch the dashboard in the app but not customizing the App for Outlook dashboard.

    to revert this changes back to the default, I'd recommend to reset a sandbox instance and create a solution containing App for Outlook dashboard and import the solution in the target instance. this should overwrite your App for Outlook dashboard customizations.

    Hey Hassan - What's easiest way to creating a new app for outlook solution and then importing it? I have attempted to export the outlook solution from another instance but it won't let me ... I also tried customizing the outlook app which broke it and now it wont load the default dashboard (entity tracking etc)
