I was hacked but I have got it back now, minus a few emails. BUT ..apart from everything seeming all ok, theres one little problem. Every email I receive is automatically forwarded to random email addresses. There are no sent emails in the sent folder. Im also aware of a setting that automatically replies but I've checked that and its already off. There's hundreds of delivery failures in my junk folder.
This wouldn't bother me usually but the accounts that are linked to this email address are really import for my sons appointment, school correspondence, work, just really personal information about myself and my son. I've tried to redirect to another email but theres just so many things I'd need to change over. I need this account, I've had it for such a long time, it links to everything.
Iv tried talking the customer services but I just keep getting the hacked check list.
