Budget control manager receiving email when budget thresshold exceeded

Hello everyone,

I have set up Budget manager in the "Define budget control rules" tab of the Budget control configuration. 

Is it possible that the budget manager receives email or any kind of notification about exceeded budget threshold and what setups should be done? 

I have tested it and so far without success.

Can you share in more details how this setup can be useful for monitoring budgets .
