Balance Forward at Year End in Project Maintenance

The Balance Forward at Year End field in the Project Maintenance screen was NOT checked for a couple projects that should have been. How do I fix it so the 2013 balances are moved forward? 2013 has been closed.

Hi Melanie,

You can follow the steps below to correct the balance forward.

-Open Project Controller setup and change the fiscal period to 12

-Check the balance forward box for the project in prj maint. and save

- As SYSADMIN user, close year end in project controller

This should bring the projects balance forward.
